The mission of this lively Evangelical Lutheran church is to "embrace the diversity of God's creation and celebrate our oneness in Christ."
To carry that mission out, Pastor Kathy Nolte and Good Sheperd's congregation practice tolerance and acceptance of all races, classes, genders, sexual orientations and phsyical abilities.
The church is host to a number of community service and outreach ministries, as well as a children's Sunday school and ecological sustainability projects.
